They upload publicity material images of our products, equipments, project performance, etc. These behaviors had a bad effect on customer, like misleading or misdeeming.

　　These behaviors have seriously violated our company’s legitimate rights. We, Beijing Kingpeng International Hi-Tech Corporation do hereby declare that the trademark” Kingpeng” is the effort for many years of Kingpeng's work. Up to now, Kingpeng not only has sold products all over the country but also has exported the products to more than 40 countries. We have built the socially positive buzz with our good quality. The Kingpeng name and trademark is currently registered with Trademark Office of The State Administration For Industry & Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and they are protected by law. Other companies can’t use our company’s images and data without permission. We request the companies who have used to remove the infringing images and data as soon as possible. We also reserve the right to solve through legal channels.
